Cancellation & Refund Policy (important)
We understand that plans can change and we will do our best to work with you if you need to amend your booking. As a small, family-run business, we rely on group bookings, so late
cancellations can have a significant impact on our business.
For this reason, our cancellation policy is strictly as follows:
- Cancellation up to 90 days prior to check-in date: 50% refund of payments received
- Cancellation between 89 and 30 days prior to check-in date: 25% refund of payments
- Cancellation less than 30 days prior to check-in date: No refund of payments received
